1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mcd76 ("Platform", "we", "company"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided through the mcd76 platform at mcd76.vu.

Mcd76 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in maintaining their own account security. All activity conducted using your login credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported loss or unauthorised access to us.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Mcd76 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for our members' convenience, including FPX, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and supported cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Regarding Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is RM20 for most payment methods.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Mcd76 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same user's name — third-party transfers are not accepted.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM50 for local bank transfers.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 business hours depending on the selected payment method.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit is processed.
• Mcd76 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while a security investigation is conducted in the event of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific cases approved by management.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

Mcd76 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our members. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. It is your responsibility to read and understand those terms before accepting them.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user, address, device, or phone number, unless otherwise stated.

For sports games and betting, all confirmed and accepted wagers are binding. Errors in placing bets due to user negligence will not be refunded unless a technical error on mcd76's part can be proven.

7Expected User Conduct

• Attempting to access restricted sections of the platform using hacking techniques or technical exploits.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or illegal financing activities.
• Transferring funds between accounts to circumvent the KYC verification process or rollover requirements.

Mcd76 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure, against any user who violates these conduct guidelines. Legal action may also be taken in cases involving fraud or financial crime.

8Privacy & Personal Data Protection

• In the event of a proven technical failure on mcd76's part, our liability is limited solely to the value of the affected wager.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Mcd76 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

For material or significant changes, mcd76 will endeavour to provide advance notice to users via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

12Applicable Laws & Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures set by the relevant authority.
